Requirements

The reputation of CPA is based on the quality of its Associates. Applicants are, therefore, carefully selected. The following criteria are used:

• Passion and interest for innovation, entrepreneurship, business and/or economic growth and development
• Experience (at least 1 to 2 years in consulting, marketing, government, financial services, post-graduation university research or other relevant areas)
• Minimum BA qualification from leading university
• Strong people skills
• Good time management and autonomous work discipline that can be demonstrated through examples
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team structure
• Strong written English and presentation skills
• Expertise in market research, financial modeling, business strategy, policy and regulatory analysis is a plus
